This is a before and after. Same person, same dress.
There’s only 7lbs difference in weight.
Left: 154lbs. Right: 147lbs.
The important knowledge:
Left picture: Hadn’t exercised in 8 months, had been drinking like every fresher should.
Left picture: Can run a Tough Mudder in 2hrs 30mins, can deadlift almost double bodyweight and playing rugby for a premiership team.
Weight is just a fucking number girls. The only weights I give a shit about are the ones I’m lifting.
Seriously. Happy and fit and healthy over thin.
